Features and Limits Explained
- Monthly Bandwidth Limit

The monthly bandwidth sets the amount of data you can transfer in (upload) and out (download) across all the Hubs in your account. If you exceed the monthly bandwidth, Hub users will no longer be able to access the Hubs in your account. You can view the monthly bandwidth used at any time by accessing the Account Summary page.
- File Upload Limit

The maximum file upload size sets the maximum size of each individual file you can upload to any Hub in your account.
- Enhanced Security (SSL)

After Enhance Security (SSL) is activated, all communication in a Hub goes over HTTPS. Without enhanced security, all Hub logins are sent over HTTPS but other Hub traffic is sent over HTTP.
- QuickHubs

QuickHubs allow you to send and/or receive large files to one or more people. QuickHubs provide temporary file storage that can be set to expire when you choose. These Hubs do not require a password by default but can be secured at set up.
The maximum file size for uploads and available storage are dependent upon your current plan.
- Custom Themes

With custom theme support, customers can pay an additional fee to have Onehub build a custom theme to match your brand. If you would like to design your own theme, we will provide you with our Custom Theme Guide that describes which parts of a Hub that can be customized. After you've sent the design to Onehub, our design services team will create the custom CSS and add the theme to your account.
If you would like Onehub to design your custom theme based on the design of your website, Onehub will do that as well for an additional charge. Please call for a quote.
- Custom Templates

With custom template support, customers can pay an additional fee to have Onehub build a custom template to meet your needs. If you determine that you would like most or all of your Hubs to have the same widgets and layout, Onehub can build custom templates so that you can easily populate your new Hubs with the preferred content.
It will save you time when creating new Hubs and keep all your Hubs looking consistent. Please call for a quote.
- Audit Trail

To help meet regulatory requirements or business practices, Onehub provides a complete audit trail of accessed, uploaded and downloaded documents.
- Advanced Permissions

Advanced Permissions enable you to set per-page and per-folder permissions. This gives you much more control over who is able to access specific resources in your Hubs.

Can I change plans at any time?
Onehub is a monthly subscription. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. There are many Onehub plans available to meet your unique business needs. Can I pay a year in advance?
Yes. You’ll receive 10% off the monthly subscription rate when you commit to a year of service. You’ll be able to choose yearly billing as an option when you choose your plan.
Can I add additional Hubs or Storage to my plan?
Yes. You can add additional Hubs or additional GBs of storage ala carte by clicking on the account tab in your User Home. At the bottom there is an option to purchase additional resources. The cost for these additional resources depends on your current plan.
What is a Hub?
A Hub is like a virtual work space – where you can share information with others whether they reside in your office or in remote locations. It can be customized to fit your specific needs.
How many Hubs do I need?
Onehub customers typically set up one Hub for each of their clients or one Hub for each of their internal departments. Sometimes, they set up one Hub for each of their projects. All members of a Hub can see all the information in that Hub, so Hubs are typically set up based on who needs to see the information.
